over at SVG Cutting Files!!! So I made a card with the New Jaded Blossom Release that

 we are sneak peeking today!!!

So I used the new Scallop Square Dies and Stitched Square Dies for the bottom layers,

 the Supersized Birthday Greetings for the sentiment, the Mini Tag Dies 2 for the banner, and

from SVG Cutting Files  I used the Ornate Card Base -1 for the card base and the New
Canadian Girl cut....I added a  Peachy Keen Stamps face from the set called

PK-1200 The Moodies Face Assortment.... Hope you like all my sneaks for today!!! :)

Makin Bacon!

This is my last post as the June guest designer for SVG Cutting Files.  

July is just around the corner and my youngest child will be turning 13!  

He loves bacon... 

Seriously he would eat it ALL the time!  

And anything flavored bacon.  

So in thinking about his birthday card, of course bacon came to mind!  

For this card I used three files from SVG Cutting Files.

Oval Card Base

I thought the oval card base looked like a fried egg :)  

I simply folded the bacon's arms around the cupcake!  

I know my son will love this card!

All New --Pop UP Gift Card Holder

Hey there, it's Barb from BugBites!

My project today is a gift card holder that is new in the store today called the Pop Up GC holder.

It's super easy and a great file to have on hand- it's so simple to put together.

I themed my card today for the movies.

The little girl and box of popcorn are also SVG Cutting Files called Watermelon Girl and Movie Night. Obviously she is not eating watermelon! I combined the two files and my result is this little gal hiding behind her overflowing popcorn box. No worries-- what's inside isn't scary at all.

See, it's movie tickets! 

This gift card holder has a pocket in the middle where you can easily slip in a gift card or tickets. 

The sentiment is from the Jaded Blossom Gift Cards Galore stamp set

Finished size of the card is approximately 4" when folded.

Hip Hip Hooray - Box Lidded Nugget GC Holder

Hi Everyone, It's Brigit from Brigit's Scraps!

I have a treat box to share,

using the new Box Lidded Nugget GC Holder.

It will be available in the store tomorrow.

It's about 2 3/4" x 4" x 1" so it can hold a bunch of different candies.

For the front I cut a layer and added ribbon under it and tied it on the side.  I used the Belated Birthday Turtle, paper and sentiment is from Carta Bella's It's A Celebration.

Kawaii Popcorn Gift Card Holder

Hi all, this is Gwen from This and That by Gwen with another cute gift card holder.

 Annie has been making some of the cutest gift card holders lately, I just love them.  I asked her to make a popcorn gift card holder.  I am going to give this to my hubby for his birthday with all kinds of movie treats.  He loves to go to the movies so this is perfect for him.  When you get it just make sure to size the black circles to 1" and the gift card will fit perfectly in the cutouts.  I did punch a hole in mine to tie it onto the treats.  You can get this in the SVG Cutting Files store on Friday.

Multiple Gift Card Holder

Since I filled the gift card pockets with music gift cards, I added the cute Chibi with Headphones to the front cover. This is a fun base to decorate for any occasion.  The stamps are from Jaded Blossom.

Sugar Skull

      It's my third week as the guest designer for SVG Cutting Files.  
This week I chose the sugar skull file.  
One of my best friends has had a rough week and I decided to surprise her with a gift to cheer her up!  

 I'm fairly new at HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) and this is my first time layering.  I love the glitter on a simple grey t-shirt.  Of course I forgot to mirror my image (a common mistake and necessity for any writing) which means to reverse the image since HTV cuts upside down.  

Thank goodness with an image such as the sugar skull, it doesn't matter!  

I especially love how the rose, with the top fine detailed layer, 

turned out with a bit of dimension and delicacy!   

      I also cut the sugar skull file using vinyl.  For both the HTV and vinyl I left off the back layer of the sugar skull, preferring for the color of the base to show through.  

      

        Lastly I cut the sugar skull out of cardstock and created a card using the nugget card - vertical file.   I also used the candy wrap die from Jaded Blossom.  I used a couple of pieces that would normally be thrown away from the cut outs of the sugar skull to decorate the card.  I added some Liquid Pearls and Stickles because a sugar skull needs some bling!

    

I hope you enjoyed seeing how versatile the files are at SVG Cutting files.  
Not only was I able to make two gifts, 

I also made a beautiful card with a treat, all using the same file!

Happy Birthday

Hello everyone!  It's Cassandra from Creating with Color by Cassandra. And today, I have a fun birthday card and gift card set that I made for my hubby's birthday last week.  

The solid colors of cardstock are from Papertrey Ink and the patterned papers are from the Authentique ~ Accomplished collection.  I cut the gift card holder using the SVG Cutting Files ~ Mini Gift Card Envelope Fold Over Holder.  I cut the tag for that using the Jaded Blossom ~ Mini Tag Dies 2.  And the sentiment is from the Jaded Blossom ~ Simple Sayings.  The sweet little lady is the SVG Cutting Files ~ My Heart.  The sentiments are from the Jaded Blossom ~ Simple Sayings and the Jaded Blossom ~ Wedding Wishes. The mat in the background is cut with the Jaded Blossom ~ Card Mat Dies.

it is called Triple decker ice cream box, It is super easy to put together and it is just too

 CUTE!!! This cut will go AWESOME with the New sets that

Jaded Blossom is showcasing today for release week!!! the Ice Cream For Sale and

Ice Cream Kit. On my box I used the Ice Cream Kit for the sentiment and I also used from

Jaded Blossom the Flag Dies for the banner to add the sentiment to, and the Paint Splatters 2 for the

cone. The face is from Peachy Keen Stamps the PK-180 Erkle and Merkle Face Assortment.

On this pic you can see that I used the Paint Splatters 2 set on the cone!!

Here is my second project for today, on this one I used the new set called 

Ice Cream For Sale for the sentiment and for the cute image of an ice cream truck.

I also used the Fancy Topper Die for the top layer that I stamped on and from

SVG Cutting Files  I used the Bracket Card -1 for my card base but just used two of the layers in that set and cropped it to match the die. I used some glossy accents and wink of stella.
