Oh Snap!

Hi everyone! This is GiGi from The Cricut Bug and I am sharing this fun gift box I made using the Angled Side High Box and the Shell Crab.

I cut out the Angled Side High Box and added the decorative panels in a drift wood design.
I cut out the Shell Crab and used a white gel pen to give him so highlights.
To finish, I added a sentiment banner cut with the Jaded Blossom Flag Dies 2, stamped the sentiment using the Happy Summer stamp set, and added a Gusset Bag that I filled with paper shred and a mini bottle of lotion.

I hope you all liked my project for today and thanks for visiting!

Calendar Card Pack Series ~ July

Hello everyone!  This is Cassandra from Creating with Color by Cassandra.  And I am so excited, because today I have the next installment of the Calendar Card Pack Series.  Just like last month, I have two projects using this file: an A2 size card and a 6x8 size calendar piece.

This month is the July cut.  This file will be in the SVG Cutting Files ~ Calendar Card Pack 3.

This is the traditional A2 size card.  The fun star border will fit perfectly around the edges of your card.  The month, in this case July, will be a separately cut piece that you can place in any position.  The photo that I added is a 4x6 size photo that I trimmed down just a bit to fit inside the frame.

For my calendar piece, I enlarged the original cut file.  The background mats measure 6x8 inches.  And the photo I used was a 5x7 size that I trimmed down just a bit to fit inside the frame.

Well my creative friends, I hope you have enjoyed the July installment of the Calendar Card Pack Series.  I am just LOVING it so far!!  Have a great day everyone!  I will see you all again soon.

Thank You for pet sitting

Happy Wednesday! Candace here.. today is my day over at SVG Cutting Files!

I went on vacation last week and my Mom and Dad watched my kitties while we were away.

Before I left I made them a batch of Ginger Crinkle Cookies and had to make a cute tag to go with it.

The kitty is from SVG Cutting Files!

I used the Luggage Tag Die and Rectangle Dies from Jaded Blossom. The sentiment is from Kitty Kitty stamp set.

Thanks so much for checking out my project today!

Count Your Rainbows!

Happy Friday!
It's Barb from BugBites and it's  my day to share a new project which was
inspired by all the rain we have been getting here in Minnesota this week.

My card today features the Let it Rain File set.

I did a simple background watercolor using a stamp pad and then spritzing it with water. I then held the paper at an angle so the watery ink would drip down like it is raining. Seemed like a good backdrop for my gal with her umbrella.

I also used the following to finish the card...

SVG Cutting Files has joined up with the DT from Jaded Blossom for a fun travel hop today. Be sure to check it out by starting here for some awesome new SVG files and even a couple
freebies along the way.

Have a crafty day!!

Blast Off!

Hi everyone! This is GiGi from The Cricut Bug and I am sharing a Birthday card and Lollipop set with you today. I used the NEW Chibi Dressed as Rocket for my card.

I started the card with a standard A2 card base and added the background mats/window cut with the NEW Jaded Blossom Rectangle Dies.
I cut out the NEW SVG Cutting Files Chibi Dressed as Rocket and stamped his face with a Peachy Keen Sweet and Innocent face stamp.
To finish the card, I stamped the sentiment on the inside using the Galactic Greetings stamp  set, added the star cut from the Star Dies, and added Doodlebug Sprinkles.

I also created the matching lollipop holder using the Envelope Dies and decorated it.
I  added the front mat cut with the Rectangle Dies 1 and the stars are a combination of the Star Dies and ones I cut with my Cameo.
I cut the sentiment banner using the Dimensional Banner Dies and stamped the sentiment from the  Galactic Greetings stamp set
To finish, I added more stars to the front and onto the lollipop front.

I hope you all liked my projects for today and thanks for visiting!
Have a great day!
