Skid Mark?

Hello Everyone! Mel from Doxie Mel Designs here with a new card for you today.   A couple of weeks ago the design team created projects with the new licensed brand Poopeez.  Mr. Mark was not picked to showcase that week but he is available for purchase at the store, HERE.  My big brother is named Mark and I felt compelled to make a card with this funny guy-
