A Tropical Hello!

Happy Friday!
It's Barb from BugBites and it's  my day to share a new project and this week it's a card.

I love the islands and thus paired the little Chibi Hula Girl withe some water color background for this fun card.

The base of the card I used the bubble side cut card base. 

It's a perfect foundation for my tropical card.
