Put on your Party Hat & Celebrate!

Good morning to all my bloggie friends!!
It's Migdalia from Crafting with Creative M with my last post as March's Guest Designer at SVG Cutting Files!
Before I go into my post I would like to take this time to say "Thank You" to Ann for this wonderful opportunity and to all of the talented DT ladies as well.
They have all been AMAZING to me!!!

For the coming months I will have family/friends that will be celebrating their birthdays.
So I need to start making birthday cards.
So for today, I have for you a Monster Bash Birthday card!
I started with the Postage Stamp Card Base from SVG Cutting Files.
It is one of my favorites!
I used the colorful Spring polka dotted paper by Recollections.
My blue monster is one of the Monster Bash cuties from SVG Cutting Files.
I glittered the blue portion of my his party hat, made a pom pom with the Totally Orange Trendy Twine, and I gave him googly eyes.
It was the right thing to do..LOL!
I placed colorful enamel dots around the card.
With my Cricut Explore and the Cricut Fonts & Basic Shapes, I made the "Speech Bubble" which I then stamped the fun sentiment "Put on your Party Hat & Celebrate!
Oh! Did I mention that I placed my speech bubble on a Action Wobble.
Super fun, right?

Here is a look at the speech bubble just wobbling..LOL

Thank you for stopping by today.
Have a wonderful Sunday!

Birthday Layouts

Hi there!!  This is Candace from Candi O. Designs and I'm here to showcase a new Page Layout by SVG Cutting Files that will be available in store Friday ~ "Birthday Layout".
This page layout comes with both titles - Birthday Boy and Birthday Girl.  It was perfect to get both my kids birthday pictures scrapped!!  I used the new collection of papers from Echo Park Paper ~ Birthday Wishes which comes in both boy and girl colors.  Using this paper, I could keep the same layout design and just change the colors for each one.  The cut file comes with balloons but I love the new Jaded Blossom balloon die cuts so incorporated those as the balloons.  Another added touch, I used a tag from Jaded Blossom Mini Tag Dies to tie around each bow on the present mats to add names and ages.  These layouts were super fun to make and hope you enjoy my take on the page layout!!

Here is the "boy" version:

Don't you just love the cake!!!!  Super fun to make!!

Here's the "girl" version:

Another yummy cake!!!
Here is a close up of the Jaded Blossom tag used around the bow on the presents.
Makes it look like a gift tag!

Products Used:
SVG Cutting Files: Birthday Layout
Jaded Blossom: Birthday Dies and Mini Tag Dies
Paper: Echo Park Paper ~ Birthday Wishes Collections
Twine and Enamel Dots

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!!

Dinner and a Movie

Hello everyone! This is Cassandra from Creating with Color by Cassandra.  I have a fun card to share with you today.  I don't know about you, but I have a lot of movie fanatics in my life and this is going to be the perfect gift for one of them.  :)

I cut the card base and layers using the SVG Cutting Files ~ Ornate Label Card Base.  I cut the film strip and movie reel using the SVG Cutting Files ~ Movie Night.  And I cut the dinner plate, fork and spoon using the SVG Cutting Files ~ Dinner Plate & Utensils.  The label is from the Jaded Blossom ~ Mini Tag Dies 2 and the sentiment is from the Jaded Blossom ~ Lights, Camera, Action.

How fun is that?!?  I hope you enjoyed my creation for today.  I can't wait to see you all again soon. Have a great day everyone!

Let's Go Camping!!!

Hi My Friendly Bloggers!
This is Cindy from Cindy's Scraptastic Designs,  It's my day to post over
at SVG Cutting Files!!! I made a layout with a new layout kit that will be available
today in the SVG store, SUPER fun to make!!! It is a two page layout.
These pictures are from 2012, the first year that we camped at our campsite. I am getting excited for summer to come so we can go camping!!!! I find that we spend more quality time together, not like we don't have all our electronics. We just can't live without them, ha ha!!!! I guess it is because we are bound to a smaller area. So for my layout I used the new file from SVG Cutting Files the Let's go Camping layout kit and the only other thing I used is a Peachy Keen Stamps face on my squirrel PK-1357 Sweet on You Face Assortment.
Hope you like my project for today!!! :)

March Guest Designer: Migdalia Rodriguez

Good morning to all my bloggie friends!!
My name is Migdalia from Crafting with Creative M.
I am Honored to be the SVG Cutting Files Guest Designer for March.
Its been so much fun playing with these Amazing files!!
Thank you so much Ann!

For today's post, I wanted to share a SWEET Spring/Easter treat that I made for a friend.
I started my project with the Candy Snack Pocket Card.
Since I received so many wonderful comments on my Easter Bunny Treat post
that I decided to use it again.
The bunny is one of my favorites and it is included in the Big Eye Spring Animals file.
The sun is from the Happy Smiles file.
I stamped "Happy Spring" from My Creative Time -Teeny Tag Greetings set on a banner.
To close my Sweet Spring/Easter treat I used a piece of satin blue ribbon to make a bow.

My bunny has a name....It's Blue Bunny!!

I wanted to dress up my bunny, so I used CAC2 for his cute bow.
For the Easter eggs, I used the center part of the Tulip file.
For the Easter eggs and background I used Recollections Spring Dotted Paper.
I added a few Spring sticker flowers.
Isn't is just pretty!

Here is a look at the inside of my Sweet Spring/Easter treat!
I used the "Happy Easter" sentiment from My Creative Time -Teeny Tag Greetings set.
I also added more Easter eggs.
And yes a Yummy treat too!

Thank you for stopping by today.
Have a wonderful day and see you next Sunday!

Some Days Just Suck!

Hi everyone! This is GiGi from The Cricut Bug and I have a fun card to share. I think we ALL feel like this someday's....I do at least LOL!

I used the NEW Chibi Laundry file that will be in the store today!

I started this project with the Side Cut Card- Small Scallop card base and cut it out with my Cameo.
I cut out the Chibi Laundry girl along with the washing machine that is included in this file.
I stamped her face with a Peachy Keen Sweet and Innocent face stamp and mounted her on pop dots.
I embossed the bottom panel to look like a tile floor and added some punched circles for the bubbles. I inked the edges of them and covered them in Glossy Accents.
To finish, I cut out the sentiment banner using Jaded Blossom's Candy Charms and Banner Dies and stamped the sentiment from the Lollipops Galore stamp set.
