This is the adorable SVG Cutting Files ~ Winter Puppy. I cut the background using the Jaded Blossom ~ Card Mat Dies. The label at the top is cut with the Jaded Blossom ~ Flag Dies. And the sentiment is from the Jaded Blossom ~ Puppy Love. It's hard to see, but at the bottom I also added some Star Dust ~ Stickles for snow.
