Chibi Cheer!

Good Morning! This is Melissa with a sneak peek of a new file that will be in the SVG Cutting Files' Store this Friday. She is the Chibi Cheerleader... YAY! I found a whole section of "cheer" themed items at the dollar bins at a local craft store. I selected this notebook and embellished the front with this sweetie.
