Wild Thang, Lovebug Creations Ribbon Hop!

Welcome to the Lovebug Creations GO Wild Blog Hop!
Hi all! Today is the day...the blog hop from Lovebug Creations, to kick off the release of all their new patterned ribbons and themes!
I am just LOVING the new ribbons.
Earlier this week I showed you an adorable blue and white Polka Dot ribbon from the Polka Dot Parade Collection...today I am using the Wild Thang Collection...which of course, I had to make a Wild Thang Card to go with it!

I used all three patterns from the ribbon collection, Zebra, Tiger and Giraffe.  I lined the ribbon behind my cut out lettering, then layered the grass border and "thang".  White gel pen made the die cut lettering stand out a little bit more.  I LOVE THIS new line of ribbon!

Go Wild this Summer Sneak Peek - You're Fintastic!

Welcome to Love Bug Creations "Go Wild this Summer" Ribbon Sneak Peek extravaganza!!

If you are not familiar with Love Bug Creations, they have some really awesome hand dyed ribbons that we just LOVE to use on our projects!  This is a special week, as they are previewing some of their new patterns and colors!

For today though, I am showing you my Summer inspired treat bag - You're Fintastic!

 I created this adorable & colorful fish, because I just knew it would look awesome set against the new ribbon in the Polka Dot Parade Collection.

 I choose to use the white and blue color combo,from the collection to offset the orange and pink in the fish.  The colors are so nice and vibrant, perfect for summer and this treat baggie!

  I used the fancy topper die from JadedBlossom.com and also the flag dies.  The sentiment is also from Jaded Blossom, the Happy Summer rubber stamp set.

The colorful fish cut file is new from SvgCuttingFiles.com.  I used some paper trey ink papers to bring out the summer theme. 
Then I stamped some Kisses using the THANK YOU sentiment in Birthday Candies.

Wonderful Wizards Blog Hop!

Good Morning and Welcome to the Wonderful World of Wizards Blog Hop.

Now its no SECRET that Im a Freaking Harry Potter Fan....
I adore all the movies and have read the books several times.  
We have the movies on regular DVD and Blu-ray ...we are Potter Heads here!
So, for my creation today, I made a very signature item from the Harry Potter Movies.....The Golden Snitch.
Anyone that knows anything, knows that the Golden Snitch is prominent in the movies and while playing Quidditch!
Now, I didnt design this snitch.  I actually found a fan art printable for this.  I simply tweeked it out and added my own wings and actually made it into a treat box container.  The original file was just a paper ball on a stand.  I created additional layers for the file and the opening for it to become a 'box'.  
I attached some fishing line to the top so it looks like its flying in the air, just like in the movie!
