I tried to create this as a snow globe but not very successful.  The cut file is from Snowman Scene and its the Freebie Friday for this week (available November 9th for Newsletter Subscribers ONLY!)

the scalloped base card is one I created and can be found in my store at

I spritzed the entire card with a mixture of alcohol and All-Purpose Ink #72 Frost White from

Stamped the snowflakes, added balls to the trees using my gel pens, and dotted the areas for eyes and coal buttons on snowman with black gel pen

Added gem stones on the scallops.
