It's so cute, I made a shaped card in SSDE from the back layer by using the offset and welding the two shapes together.  The file consists of the penguin, peppermints and wheelbarrow.  The sentiment is from Jaded Blossom's Merry & Bright set, it was totally perfect!!  The label is from their Mini Tag Dies.  The face stamp is a Peachy Keen Face Stamp and I added a touch of Peppermint Stick Trendy Twine.

Celebrate the Season

Hi everyone! It's Brigit from Brigit's Scraps!

I have a cute card to share with you today using the new Tree and Squirrel file.

I wanted to make a winter scene with it so I used gray tones for the tree.  I really love this tree could look nice as a family tree in a frame, may have to do one.  The squirrel is adorable, I cut it out on my Brother ScanNCut2 and added a peachy keen face.  I used the Arched Top Card Base and made it a little bigger then the standard A2 card.  The sentiment is from My Creative Time's Holiday Tags set.

You Are Spooktacular - Chibi Pumpkin Girl

Hi everyone! It's Brigit from Brigit's Scraps!

Today I'm showcasing this adorable Chibi Pumpkin Girl with Cape.

For this card I was trying to recreate a photo I had seen on the web that I absolutely loved, it's not perfect but pretty close.  When I get something in my head I just have to go with it, lol!!  I cut the front piece of the pumpkin down the middle to match the pumpkin from the photo, it kind of gave it a creepier look which I wanted.  For the pumpkins in the front I used the pumpkin head, positioned them printed and then scanned and cut with my new Brother ScanNCut 2 machine, love this baby it cuts out beautifully!!  The background scene was created using some of the svgs from the Graveyard Scene set and the sentiment is from My Creative Time's Too Cute To Spook.

Halloween Layout - Spider Cone and Cake

Hi everyone! It's Brigit from Brigit's Scraps!

Today I'm showcasing these two cute little Cone and Cake Spiders.

This set will be available in the store tomorrow.

I had so much fun putting this layout together, I really don't make many of them so it was a nice change.

The spider web I used is from the Spider Web Boo Door Hanger and the title is the Halloween Title set.  All the candy corns are from the spiders just resized.

To create the background paper I used MCT Build A Scripty stamp, really wanted the focus on the cute little yummy spiders!!

Fall Treats - Kawaii Kitty

Hi everyone! It's Brigit from Brigit's Scraps!

I'm showcasing the NEW

Kawaii Kitty

that will be available tomorrow in the store.

I'm so into Autumn designs right now and I wanted to make a pumpkin bag for the kitty.  So in SSDE I cut off the handles on the Gingerbread Head Handle Bag and re sized the Kawaii Pumpkin to fit the bag front.  To add a little more detail to the kitty I added the stripes using a copic maker and a white gel pen.  The Harvest sentiment and sign diecut are both from Jaded Blossom.

Hip Hip Hooray - Box Lidded Nugget GC Holder

Hi Everyone, It's Brigit from Brigit's Scraps!

I have a treat box to share,

using the new Box Lidded Nugget GC Holder.

It will be available in the store tomorrow.

It's about 2 3/4" x 4" x 1" so it can hold a bunch of different candies.

For the front I cut a layer and added ribbon under it and tied it on the side.  I used the Belated Birthday Turtle, paper and sentiment is from Carta Bella's It's A Celebration.

Precious Baby - Train Car Treat Box

I have a cute treat box to share, using the new Train Car.

It's such a cute box shape, perfect for a baby shower or birthday party.  The elephant and giraffe are from the Chibi Jungle Animal Set.  I pieced the animals together in SSDE and did a print n cut, you could make a bunch this way in no time.  Sentiment and label die cut are from My Creative Time.

You're The Tops - Circus Tent Box

Hello Everyone! It's Brigit here from Brigit's Scraps!!

I have a cute project to share with you using the new Circus Tent Box.

This file will be available in the store tomorrow.

Along with the new Circus Tent Box I used some of the animals from the Chibi Jungle Animal Set and added some cute Peachy Keen Faces to each.  I did the same for the Clown With Balloon.  The base and fence are from the Fence Platform Box, I just cut down the base and made the fence shorter in SSDE.  For the balloons I used the Kawaii Balloon without the face.  The flag is from Jaded Blossom's Treat Flags and all the sentiments are from Peachy Keen Stamps.

I had so much fun putting this project together, I think it would make such a cute birthday party or even a baby shower table centerpiece!  I put a nice size bag of peanuts inside!

Billiards Anyone!!

Hello Everyone! It's Brigit here from Brigit's Scraps!!

I’m showcasing the new Kawaii Billiard set, which will be available this Friday.

I made three cards so you could see all the cute items in this set.

First card, which I think is one of my favorites, uses the 8 ball and pool stick.

Since it’s all about billiards I though a card with a felt background would be very cute and I really love how it looks. I cut the felt using a 4" x 5 1/4" die from Jaded Blossom's Card Mat Dies. The circle sentiments are from JB's, Birthday Candies set and the sentiment and tag are from JB's Sweet Birthday Wishes and Mini Tag Dies 2 sets.

My second card uses the pool stick and chalk, so cute, sentiment and die is from Jaded Blossom's The Perfect Match and Mini Tag Dies 2 sets.

Third up is the pool stick with rack, I made a quick and easy pool table background for it. Sentiment and die both are from JB’s Birthday Candies and Candy Charms & Banner sets.

New Brand PooPeez - Day 3

Hello Everyone!

Hope you're enjoying all the projects so far showcasing 

SVG Cutting Files new brand... PooPeez!

Today we have 6 projects from Brigit and Mel,

First up is Brigit....

My first project is Potty Pooper, how cute is he!!  Totally had a vision of him on a toilet so I used the Toilet Bowl Box Container and filled it with a bag of treats.  I combined two stamps from Jaded Blossom's Forest Friends to form the sentiment.

My next project is Pooperman, I kept thinking outhouse for this character so I went with it.  To make the card I used the Love Shack Treat Box.  The little sign is from the Turkey with Sign Triple Tube Holder.  Sentiment is from Jaded Blossom's Got Candy stamp set.

My last project is a card using the BUTTerfly, this one totally had me laughing!!  Sentiment is from Jaded Blossom's Let's Toast, thought it was perfect.  The grass and flowers are also JB's Spring Dies,  I used the rabbit's ears from the set for the little leaves.

Up Next is Mel:

Here is Big Bertha! Bertha is made into a shaped card, perfect for sending "huge birthday wishes" (or any other HUGE occasion).

The next Poopeez sneak is a "silent but deadly" one! Here is Stink Bomb in all his glory.  This card base is from the On the Edge card collection, Flag Card Base.  The sentiment is from Jaded Blossom's Forest Friends.. it just says it all, LOL.

My last project features Poopeez "The Runs" and something to go with your runs.. Pepto Bismo.  Jaded Blossom's Fancy Topper Die and a Science Matters stamp are used on this "useful" project.

Hello Friend - New Chibi Spring Turtle

Hello Everyone! It's Brigit here from Brigit's Scraps!!

I have a card to share using the new cutting file Chibi Spring Turtle, isn't he just adorable!!  He'll soon be available at the SVG Cutting File's store.

I cut everything except for the background layers on white cardstock and colored all the pieces with promarkers.  For the textured look on the turtle I used a background stamp with versamark ink.  For the water I stamped a couple of waves and used versamark and UTEE, (ultra thick embossing enamel).  Added two red enamel dots for cheeks!  Stamp sentiment is from MCT's Chunky Die Accessory Set and twine is Trendy Twine's Chocolate Truffle.

Pocket Full of Love!

Hi everyone! This is Brigit from Brigit's Scraps!

I have a cute shaped card to share with you today.

I used this adorable Kangaroo Heart Pouch, which will be available in the store soon.
Making shaped cards is one of my favorite projects to create.
Children love to receive them, especially cute animals ones!

I knew when I first saw this kangaroo I wanted to make a bunch of hearts in his pouch with this sentiment.  I didn't have a stamp with this saying so I did a print and cut using the heart in the file.  I welded the kangaroo and heart together and created a shadow layer for the card base.  I duplicated more hearts in different sizes to fill his pouch.  Cut the pouch from vellum so you could see all the hearts inside.  Really a simple project with an adorable file!!
